Our latch repair kits solve all of those issues! Each kit comes with one support plate, backer plate, and all hardware needed. These will work on all lightweight Promax, 260, or drag style cowlings. Simply drill out factory rivets, put the support plate on the outside underneath latch bracket, support plate on the inside and tighten the three bolts. Simple, easy, and strong!
The composite inner backing plate fits the contours of the cowl while the aluminum support plate provides a strong hold. So thin you won’t even know it’s there!
